Frequent questions

Before you submit a requirement

Answers based on how we actually work today — no promises we cannot back. If something is missing, ask us directly.

01How quickly can you put a crew together?

It depends on the requirement, the pay and the accommodation conditions — those decide whether a specialist wants to travel to a specific site. Typically we have at least two specialists ready to travel within a week; the timeline for a larger crew is agreed per project.

02Which countries do you work in, and where do the workers come from?

We work in Lithuania, Poland, Germany, the Netherlands; other EU countries per project. Specialists come from our own team and from a network of vetted partners. Languages in the crew: Lithuanian, Polish, Russian, German, English — individually per specialist, so please state the language requirement in your request.

03Who handles the documentation? Do you handle A1?

We handle the documentation. We collect, prepare, coordinate and monitor validity: A1 certificates, employment and service contracts, right-to-work documents, posting notifications, tax and social-insurance registrations, safety and training certificates. The A1 certificate itself is issued by the competent social-security institution — we handle the whole process around it. The exact set of documents depends on the worker's situation, the working model, the sending and host country and the site requirements; please flag exceptional requirements in advance.

04Can you provide certified workers?

State the certificate requirements (e.g. working at height, scaffolding, VCA/SCC) in your request — specialists are selected accordingly. If a specific certificate is missing, that is discussed before the start, not on site.

05Can you arrange accommodation, transport and tools?

Transport, Tools, Site supervisor, Accommodation are all open to discussion and agreed per project. In the form, mark what you provide or reimburse and where you need an offer from us.

06Temporary personnel or recruitment — what is the difference?

Temporary personnel and crews: specialists work on your site on an hourly model or for a subcontract price, and we remain responsible for the crew. Recruitment: we find specialists through our own and partner networks when you want to employ them yourself. Both are possible — the choice depends on project length and your internal structure.

07How is the price set?

Two models are possible — an hourly rate or a subcontract price for the scope of works. The price depends on the trades, the number of people, duration, country and the accommodation and travel conditions, so we quote against a specific requirement. A contract is always signed.
