Subcontracting · Since 2010

Subcontracting and specialised project teams.

Teams formed for your work package, for direct clients and general contractors: construction, finishing, electrical, welding and metal structures, mechanical installation and industrial work.

Who this is for

Direct clients and contractors first. The team stays with us; you receive the agreed work package.

  • General contractors who need a specialist or finishing team for a work package
  • Developers and direct clients who want a package delivered by one responsible team

What subcontracting means here

Recruitment, staffing and subcontracting are different models. We state which one applies in every offer.

Subcontracting
We organise the team and are responsible for the agreed work package or output; the contract states the scope, the schedule and the responsibilities.
Not the same as staffing
In staffing, workers are supplied and work under the client's direction. In subcontracting, the package or the result is what is agreed.
Not the same as recruitment
In recruitment, the worker joins the client's payroll. In subcontracting, the team stays with us.

From requirement to a working team

    Requirement

Country, city, type of work, number of specialists, start, duration and scope.

  2. 02

    Team formation

Specialists are chosen for trade, experience and certificates.

  3. 03

    Mobilisation plan

Documents, travel, tools and the start sequence are planned.

  4. 04

    Delivery and records

Work and working hours are documented; progress is visible to those with permission.

Subcontracting: questions

01How many people can you mobilise?

From one specialist to large teams. The combined capacity of our company and partner network is 200+ specialists; the size and start date for a given requirement are confirmed in the offer, not assumed.

02Who provides accommodation?

The client arranges and provides suitable accommodation for project teams.

03Can you take over unfinished work?

Taking over or replacing work is agreed per project, after we have reviewed the scope, the state of the works and who is responsible for what.

04How do I see what the team has done?

Work and working hours are documented, and progress is shared as agreed for the project.
