Our own specialists and vetted partners, always under contract, with the worker documentation handled.

Roofers
Roof structures and coverings: battens, membranes, sheet and tile coverings. Roof work is part of our own documented builds.

All-round builders
Multi-skilled builders who cover general construction and finishing tasks across trades — useful where a crew needs flexibility rather than one narrow specialism.

Carpenters
Timber work: roof trusses, framing, formwork and interior carpentry.

Tilers
Floor and wall tiling in interior and wet-room finishing.

Plumbers
Water, heating and drainage installations: pipework, fittings and fixtures.

Electricians
Electrical installation on site: cabling, distribution boards, sockets and lighting. If the site requires a specific electrical qualification, state it in the request.

Scaffolders
Erecting, altering and dismantling working scaffolds on building sites. Working-at-height and scaffolding certificates can be requested; tell us what the site requires.

Welders
Welding of steel structures and pipework. Name the process (for example MIG/MAG or TIG) and any welding certificate the site requires; specialists are matched against it.
What to state in a request

- 04The cooperation model: hourly, or a subcontract price for the scope
- 05The language the crew has to work in
- 06What you provide and what you want offered: tools, transport, accommodation — each is agreed per project
A trade that is not on this list?
Bricklayers, concrete workers, HVAC fitters, painters, plasterers, insulation workers, CNC operators, mechanics, drivers and warehouse staff are asked for often. Masonry, concrete, insulation and finishing are part of the construction works we carry out ourselves (see Services); whether we can also supply such workers to your site is confirmed per requirement, and we do not announce availability we do not have.
