Construction subcontracting and crews for projects in Germany

For German construction companies and main contractors: we take on defined work packages as a subcontractor (Nachunternehmer) with our own foreman and coordinate the team's mobilisation. For industrial and logistics companies – staffing solutions within the rules that apply in Germany.

What we organise

  • Construction subcontracting

We take on a clearly defined work package from your drawings, bill of quantities or scope description – with our own foreman and responsibility named in the contract.

One contact person: documents, travel, accommodation arrangements and communication with the team throughout the project.

Ways of working together

  • Subcontracting under a contract for work (Werkvertrag)

We deliver an agreed work package under our own management and are responsible for our scope.

  • Temporary agency work in construction

In Germany, temporary agency work in construction businesses is generally prohibited (AÜG § 1b), so for construction projects we offer the subcontracting model. For other sectors the model is chosen according to the applicable rules.

  • Direct hire

We select specialists whom you employ.

Whose capacity works on your project

  • Our own workers and foremen – when they are free for your project period.
  • Partner crews and subcontractors we work with under contract.
  • Specialists selected for the specific order.

The offer states which capacity will work, who manages the work and who employs the workers. We do not promise headcounts or dates in advance – we confirm them against the specific requirement.

Trades you can request

Choose a trade – the subcontracting enquiry opens. In Germany, construction crews work under a contract for work.

How cooperation works

  1. 01

    Enquiry

Type of work, location, trades, approximate numbers and timing – as much as you know. An e-mail address is enough.

  2. 02

    Assessment and offer

We check feasibility and the legal model and prepare an individual written offer.

  3. 03

    Contract and documents

We agree scope, responsibilities and accommodation, and prepare the documents the host country requires.

  4. 04

    Mobilisation and work

The team arrives according to the agreed plan, and you have one contact person for the whole project.

Documents and compliance

  • A1 certificates for posted workers.
  • Posting notification to German customs (Zoll) before work starts, where the law requires it.
  • Minimum wage and working-condition requirements and, in construction, participation in the SOKA-BAU procedures where they apply.

The specific requirements depend on the type of work, the contract model and the workers' status, so we confirm them separately for each project. This information is not legal advice and does not imply automatic approval or eligibility.

Accommodation

We recommend that the client or main contractor provides accommodation. We also accept other options: arranged by Nonstop Group under a separate agreement, costs reimbursed or shared, another solution, or terms still to be agreed.

Frequently asked questions

Other markets

01Can you work as a Nachunternehmer?

Yes – for construction projects this is the main model we offer in Germany: an agreed scope of work, our own foreman and clear responsibilities in the contract.

02Can you arrive with a complete crew?

We build the team to the requirement: from our own workers, partner crews or specialists selected for the project. The line-up, foreman and start date are confirmed in the offer.

03Who arranges accommodation?

We recommend that the client provides accommodation. If that is not possible, we discuss other options – none of them prevents you from sending an enquiry.

04How much does it cost?

We do not publish prices. We prepare an individual offer based on the scope, duration and conditions of the work.
