Ways of working together

• Subcontracting (onderaanneming)

  We deliver an agreed work package under our own management and are responsible for our scope under the contract.

• Provision of workers

  Making workers available to another company (terbeschikkingstelling) is a regulated activity in the Netherlands, so for construction projects we offer the subcontracting model.

• Direct hire

  We select specialists whom you employ.

Whose capacity works on your project

• —Our own workers and foremen – when they are free for your project period.
• —Partner crews and subcontractors we work with under contract.
• —Specialists selected for the specific order.

The offer states which capacity will work, who manages the work and who employs the workers. We do not promise headcounts or dates in advance – we confirm them against the specific requirement.

How cooperation works

1. 01

   Enquiry

   Type of work, location, trades, approximate numbers and timing – as much as you know. An e-mail address is enough.

2. 02

   Assessment and offer

   We check feasibility and the legal model and prepare an individual written offer.

3. 03

   Contract and documents

   We agree scope, responsibilities and accommodation, and prepare the documents the host country requires.

4. 04

   Mobilisation and work

   The team arrives according to the agreed plan, and you have one contact person for the whole project.

Documents and compliance

• —A1 certificates for posted workers.
• —Posting notification in the Dutch notification portal before work starts, where the law requires it.
• —Pay and working conditions under Dutch law and the applicable collective agreement (CAO), where one applies.

The specific requirements depend on the type of work, the contract model and the workers' status, so we confirm them separately for each project. This information is not legal advice and does not imply automatic approval or eligibility.

Accommodation

We recommend that the client or main contractor provides accommodation. We also accept other options: arranged by Nonstop Group under a separate agreement, costs reimbursed or shared, another solution, or terms still to be agreed.
