How one partner coordinates several companies

When a project needs several trades or several subcontractors, you do not have to coordinate each of them yourself.

    Splitting the scope

    We split the project into work packages and decide which are delivered by our own capacity and which by partners.

    Choosing partners

    For each package we choose a team or company and check its documents and capacity for the specific period.

    One plan and the interfaces

    We align the sequence of work, the interfaces between packages and communication on site.

    One contact

    You deal with one coordinator – reports and questions go through them.

Contractual responsibility models

  • One subcontract

    Nonstop Group contracts with you for the whole work package, and partner companies work under contracts with us. Responsibility towards you follows our contract.

  • Coordination with separate contracts

    Each company contracts with you directly, and we coordinate their work under a separate agreement.

The model, responsibilities and insurance are set out in each project's contract. We do not publish prices or legal guarantees in advance.
