We search in the group companies, the partner network and other countries; the offer states how many and which people we can propose.

Yes. We can propose a crew with its site lead or a multi-trade team formed from group companies and partners. The make-up and size of the team are confirmed in the offer.

Yes, it is a common case when a deadline is tight. Tell us which specialists are missing and how many, from when and for how long. How we can work together depends on the country of work – the offer will state it.

By the scope of works or by an hourly rate – depending on whether you order works or workers. The price depends on the trades, the number of people, the duration, the country, accommodation and transport. If you have a budget or a rate, put it in the enquiry; the price is given in a written offer.

The contract decides. Under a general contract or a subcontract, the company that signed the contract with you is responsible for the result of the agreed works. When you hire the workers yourself or they work under your direction, you organise the work on site and are responsible for its result.

It depends on the form of cooperation. Under a subcontract, our or our partner's site lead organises the work and directs the crew. When you hire the workers yourself or they strengthen your team, you direct the day-to-day work on site. This is written into the contract.

We recommend that the client or contractor provides the accommodation. Where needed, Nonstop Group can arrange it under a separate agreement, or the costs are reimbursed as agreed. Choose the option that suits you in the enquiry.

That depends on the worker's citizenship, the country of work and the model. Usually an employment contract, a posting notification in the country of work and an A1 certificate are needed. The A1 certificate is issued by the competent social-security institution, not by Nonstop Group; we help prepare the application and the other documents. Non-EU citizens may also need a work permit.

Yes. We can plan the works in phases, change the team size as the project progresses and work on several of your sites. The terms of long-term cooperation are agreed separately.
