What staffing means here
Staffing is supply of workers for a period. It is a different model from recruitment and from subcontracting.
- Staffing
- Workers are supplied to you for the agreed period and work under your direction on your site.
- Who contracts with whom
- The offer states, for the model that applies, who contracts with whom, who pays the worker and which legal entity is responsible.
- What it is not
- It is not permanent hire (see Recruitment) and not a work package delivered by our team (see Subcontracting).
From requirement to a working team
- 01
Requirement
Specialisations, headcount, project start, duration, work schedule and workplace.
- 02
Team selection
Workers are chosen for trade, experience and availability.
- 03
Mobilisation
Documents, travel and the start sequence are planned.
- 04
Coordination
Workers are coordinated during the project and the working time is documented.
Conditions that apply
For workers placed away from their home country, the client arranges and provides suitable accommodation for the project team. Availability for a requirement is confirmed in the offer and never assumed in advance. No licence or guarantee is implied by this page.
Request staffing
Tell us the specialisations, the headcount and the dates. The client arranges accommodation for the team.
