Site support crews
Construction support crews for large projects
Construction support workers with a foreman for large construction, industrial and infrastructure projects: site preparation, material handling, support to the trades and order on site.
The problem we solve
In an intensive phase the trades lose time carrying materials and clearing up, and the site manager lacks organised extra hands.
Why contact us
- One contact and our own foreman
- The foreman organises the work on site and coordinates it with your site manager.
- A clear written offer
- Scope, team, programme, price and responsibilities are written down before work starts.
- We handle the documents
- Posting documents, including the A1 application and the host country notifications, are prepared by us.
- Flexible capacity
- Our own workers, partner crews under contract and specialists selected for the order.
What we carry out
- 01
Support to the trades
Assisting concrete workers, masons, installers and finishers according to the work plan.
- 02
Material handling
Receiving, storing, moving and distributing materials on site.
- 03
Site set-up
Preparing work areas, installing protection and temporary structures.
- 04
Housekeeping
Handling construction waste, cleaning between phases and before handover.
- 05
Strip-out works
Light demolition and strip-out on renovation projects.
- 06
Teams for longer phases
Crews for longer project phases – matched to the site programme.
Who it is for
- Main contractors on large construction sites
- Builders of industrial sites and logistics centres
- Infrastructure project contractors
- Contractors who need extra hands for an intensive phase
- Renovation contractors
How the team is formed
- Always with a foreman
- The crew works with our foreman, who organises the work and coordinates it with your site manager.
- Own people and partners
- Our own workers, partner crews under contract or people selected for the order – the offer states who will work.
- Safety induction
- Before work the crew is briefed on the site's safety rules; the required documents are checked in advance.
Cooperation models
Subcontract – a work package
We carry out the agreed scope with our own foreman and are responsible for our part under the contract. You set the scope and accept the completed work.
A crew for a project phase
A team led by our foreman carries out an agreed phase; responsibilities are set out in the contract.
Direct hire
We select specialists whom you employ in your own company.
Legal model by country
In Germany, Austria and the Netherlands we offer support crews only as a work package under a contract for work with our foreman. In other countries a staffing model is also possible where that country's rules allow it – this is confirmed in the offer.
The specific requirements depend on the type of work, the contract model and the workers' status, so we confirm them separately for each project. This information is not legal advice and does not imply automatic approval or eligibility.
Where we take enquiries
Priority markets and the regions where we actively look for projects. We also take enquiries from other European countries – the model and the documents are confirmed for each project.

How cooperation works
- 01
Enquiry
Type of work, location, trades, approximate numbers and timing – as much as you know. An e-mail address is enough.
- 02
Assessment and offer
We check feasibility and the legal model and prepare an individual written offer.
- 03
Contract and documents
We agree scope, responsibilities and accommodation, and prepare the documents the host country requires.
- 04
Mobilisation and work
The team arrives according to the agreed plan, and you have one contact person for the whole project.
Experience and evidence
We do not publish project descriptions for this line of work. Before the offer we tell you which team will work and who will lead it. Our documented experience in the Netherlands is on the projects page.

01How large a crew can you form?
The crew size is matched to the scope and programme of the site. It is confirmed in the offer; we do not promise headcount in advance.
02Who directs the support workers?
Our foreman, who organises the work and coordinates it with your site manager.
03Can I order a crew in Germany?
Yes, but only as a clearly defined work package under a contract for work. We do not offer the provision of workers to construction sites in Germany.
04Do the workers have safety training?
The safety documents the host country and the site require are checked before arrival; the specific requirements are written into the offer.
05Who arranges accommodation?
We recommend that the client or main contractor provides the accommodation. The terms are discussed and written into the offer separately.
06How do I send drawings or a BOQ?
Paste a link to the files in the form (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or similar), or email them after you submit, quoting your request number.
