Concrete & reinforcement
Concrete and reinforcement works as a subcontracted package
Reinforcement, formwork and concreting for foundations, walls, columns and slabs. A work package with our own foreman for main contractors and construction companies in Europe.
The problem we solve
Pour cycles drive the whole building programme, and steel fixers, formwork carpenters and concrete crews are often short exactly when they are needed.

Cooperation models
Subcontract – a work package
We carry out the agreed scope with our own foreman and are responsible for our part under the contract. You set the scope and accept the completed work.
A crew for a project phase
A team led by our foreman carries out an agreed phase; responsibilities are set out in the contract.
Direct hire
We select specialists whom you employ in your own company.
Legal model by country
We carry out concrete and reinforcement works as a subcontracted work package. In Germany, Austria and the Netherlands only under a contract for work with our foreman, never as the provision of workers.
The specific requirements depend on the type of work, the contract model and the workers' status, so we confirm them separately for each project. This information is not legal advice and does not imply automatic approval or eligibility.
Where we take enquiries
Priority markets and the regions where we actively look for projects. We also take enquiries from other European countries – the model and the documents are confirmed for each project.

How cooperation works
- 01
Enquiry
Type of work, location, trades, approximate numbers and timing – as much as you know. An e-mail address is enough.
- 02
Assessment and offer
We check feasibility and the legal model and prepare an individual written offer.
- 03
Contract and documents
We agree scope, responsibilities and accommodation, and prepare the documents the host country requires.
- 04
Mobilisation and work
The team arrives according to the agreed plan, and you have one contact person for the whole project.
Experience and evidence
On the projects page we publish our own photographs of reinforcement and concreting work on site. They name no client, country or date.

01Can you take over the whole cast-in-place package?
Yes, depending on scope and programme. Send drawings or a bill of quantities – we will assess them and send a proposal.
02Do you do reinforcement only, without concreting?
Yes. Reinforcement, formwork or concreting can be ordered separately, or all three together.
03Who supplies the concrete, rebar and formwork?
Usually the client supplies the materials and formwork systems, and we carry out the work. Another model is agreed in the offer.
04How is the work paid for?
At an agreed price for the scope or at an hourly rate. The chosen method is written into the contract.
05Can you start with the earthworks?
Yes, site preparation and excavation can be combined with foundation reinforcement and concreting into one package.
06How do I send drawings or a BOQ?
Paste a link to the files in the form (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or similar), or email them after you submit, quoting your request number.
