Tiling

Tiling works as a subcontracted package

Floor and wall tiling, bathrooms and wet rooms in residential, hotel and commercial projects. A work package with our own foreman for main contractors and fit-out companies in Europe.

The problem we solve

The rooms are ready for tiling and the programme is running, but reliable tilers are the bottleneck.

Why contact us

One contact and our own foreman
The foreman organises the work on site and coordinates it with your site manager.
A clear written offer
Scope, team, programme, price and responsibilities are written down before work starts.
We handle the documents
Posting documents, including the A1 application and the host country notifications, are prepared by us.
Flexible capacity
Our own workers, partner crews under contract and specialists selected for the order.

What we carry out

  • 01

    Floor tiling

Laying ceramic and porcelain tiles on prepared floors; any levelling is named in the agreed scope.

  • 02

    Wall tiling

Bathrooms, kitchens and technical rooms, to the layout drawings.

  • 03

    Bathrooms and wet rooms

Tiling and grouting coordinated with plumbing; waterproofing where it is in the agreed scope.

  • 04

    Large-format tiles

Large-format and rectified tiles, following the manufacturer's instructions.

  • 05

    Repeating rooms

Repeating bathrooms and floors in apartment buildings, hotels and student housing.

  • 06

    Joints and handover

Sealant joints, clearing of defects and room-by-room handover with your site manager.

Who it is for

  • Main contractors and construction companies
  • Fit-out and renovation contractors
  • Bathroom and tile suppliers that sell with installation
  • Developers of apartment buildings, hotels and student housing
  • Project and procurement managers

How the team is formed

Foreman and tilers
The team is built around a foreman who works from the layout drawings and answers for progress on site.
Own people and partners
Our own workers, partner crews under contract or specialists selected for the order – the offer states who will work.
Sized to the quantities
The crew size follows the area, the number of rooms and the programme.

Cooperation models

  • Subcontract – a work package

We carry out the agreed scope with our own foreman and are responsible for our part under the contract. You set the scope and accept the completed work.

  • A crew for a project phase

A team led by our foreman carries out an agreed phase; responsibilities are set out in the contract.

  • Direct hire

We select specialists whom you employ in your own company.

Legal model by country

We carry out tiling as a subcontracted work package with our own foreman. In Germany, Austria and the Netherlands only under a contract for work (Werkvertrag, aanneming van werk), never as the provision of workers. In Germany tiling is a licensed craft under the Handwerksordnung, so a foreign company's notification to the competent chamber comes first and the start depends on its outcome. Requirements in other countries are confirmed per project.

The specific requirements depend on the type of work, the contract model and the workers' status, so we confirm them separately for each project. This information is not legal advice and does not imply automatic approval or eligibility.

How cooperation works

  1. 01

    Enquiry

Type of work, location, trades, approximate numbers and timing – as much as you know. An e-mail address is enough.

  2. 02

    Assessment and offer

We check feasibility and the legal model and prepare an individual written offer.

  3. 03

    Contract and documents

We agree scope, responsibilities and accommodation, and prepare the documents the host country requires.

  4. 04

    Mobilisation and work

The team arrives according to the agreed plan, and you have one contact person for the whole project.

Experience and evidence

Our work on residential buildings in the Netherlands has included tiling. The projects page describes the renovation and interior finishing there. Before the offer we tell you which team will work and what similar work its members have done.
