    Setting frames, hanging door leaves, fitting hardware and adjusting them to your door schedule.

    Entrance doors in apartment buildings and hotels, installed floor by floor to the programme.

    Sliding systems and glass doors, following the manufacturer's installation instructions.

    Fire-rated and acoustic doors

    Installed to the manufacturer's instructions, only where the qualification required in that country is confirmed for the project.

    Replacement in existing buildings

    Removing old doors and frames and fitting new ones in renovated or occupied buildings.

    Adjustment and handover

    Final adjustment, clearing of defects and door-by-door handover with your site manager.

  • Subcontract – a work package

    We carry out the agreed scope with our own foreman and are responsible for our part under the contract. You set the scope and accept the completed work.

  • A crew for a project phase

    A team led by our foreman carries out an agreed phase; responsibilities are set out in the contract.

  • Direct hire

    We select specialists whom you employ in your own company.

Legal model by country

We carry out door installation as a subcontracted work package with our own foreman. In Germany, Austria and the Netherlands only under a contract for work (Werkvertrag, aanneming van werk), never as the provision of workers. Whether a door type or trade needs a specific qualification or a prior notification in the country is confirmed per project.

The specific requirements depend on the type of work, the contract model and the workers' status, so we confirm them separately for each project. This information is not legal advice and does not imply automatic approval or eligibility.

How cooperation works

    Enquiry

    Type of work, location, trades, approximate numbers and timing – as much as you know. An e-mail address is enough.

    Assessment and offer

    We check feasibility and the legal model and prepare an individual written offer.

  3. 03

    Contract and documents

    We agree scope, responsibilities and accommodation, and prepare the documents the host country requires.

  4. 04

    Mobilisation and work

    The team arrives according to the agreed plan, and you have one contact person for the whole project.

Experience and evidence

01What do you need from us for an offer?

A door schedule or drawings, door types and quantities, the location, the state of the site and the programme. Send what you have and we will tell you what is missing.

02Do you supply the doors?

We install doors but do not supply them. The doors, frames and hardware come from the client or the manufacturer, and we carry out the installation.

03Do you take on small packages?

Yes. Defined packages are taken on too, and the crew size follows the package. In our documented renovation and finishing work in the Netherlands crews were 3–6 specialists, up to 10 when needed. Whether a package is realistic depends on its location and timing, and this is confirmed in the offer.

04In which countries can you install?

We assess projects across Europe. Our focus includes Luxembourg, southern Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Norway; the legal model and documents are confirmed for each project.

05How soon can a crew start?

The start date is confirmed in the offer once we know the scope, location and programme. We do not promise dates in advance.

06How do I send drawings or a BOQ?

Paste a link to the files in the form (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or similar), or email them after you submit, quoting your request number.
