What this website does not do

• —It uses no cookies and collects no visitor statistics — there are no external analytics or tracking tools. The site code may record technical interface events (e.g. "form submitted") in your browser only; they are never sent anywhere and are not linked to you.
• —It does not store data entered into forms. The request forms run in your browser: they prepare a summary that you send yourself by email, WhatsApp or phone. The website server never receives this data.
• —It does not accept CV or identity-document uploads.
• —Fonts are served from the site itself — no requests are made to third-party font servers.

What happens when you contact us

When you send an email or WhatsApp message or call us, the details you provide (name, company, phone, email and the content of your request) reach the company mailbox or phone. We use them only to answer your request, prepare an offer and, if we reach an agreement, perform the contract. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and the performance of that contract; for candidates, your application for work.

We keep the data for as long as the request requires; if a contract is concluded, for as long as contractual and accounting obligations require. Data from unanswered or no longer relevant requests is deleted. We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Worker documentation

When real cooperation with a worker or candidate begins, we handle documentation related to employment and cross-border posting (e.g. contracts, A1, right-to-work and safety documents). This data is processed solely to perform the contract and legal obligations, is kept in the company's internal systems and is not collected through this website.

Hosting

The website is hosted on a cloud platform (Vercel). Like any web server, it may briefly record technical request logs (IP address, browser type, time) for security and operational purposes. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

What is planned (not yet active)

In future we may add server-side form submission, candidate CV intake and a customer management system (CRM). None of these is active today. Before enabling them we will update this page with the exact data, purposes, retention periods and service providers.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing and receive your data in a portable format. Contact us at info@nonstopgroup.lt. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Lithuania) or the supervisory authority in your own country.
