Interior finishing
Interior finishing and fit-out as a subcontracted package
Drywall partitions and ceilings, plastering, painting and flooring in residential, hotel and commercial projects. One work package with our own foreman for main contractors and renovation companies in Europe.
The problem we solve
Several finishing trades have to follow one another on a tight programme, and coordinating separate small crews takes up your site manager's time.
Why contact us
- One contact and our own foreman
- The foreman organises the work on site and coordinates it with your site manager.
- A clear written offer
- Scope, team, programme, price and responsibilities are written down before work starts.
- We handle the documents
- Posting documents, including the A1 application and the host country notifications, are prepared by us.
- Flexible capacity
- Our own workers, partner crews under contract and specialists selected for the order.

How the team is formed
- One foreman for the trades
- A foreman sequences the finishing trades in the package and is your one contact on site.
- Own people and partners
- Our own workers, partner crews under contract or specialists selected for the order – the offer states who will work.
- Sized to the programme
- The crew size and make-up follow the quantities, the trades and the programme.
Cooperation models
Subcontract – a work package
We carry out the agreed scope with our own foreman and are responsible for our part under the contract. You set the scope and accept the completed work.
A crew for a project phase
A team led by our foreman carries out an agreed phase; responsibilities are set out in the contract.
Direct hire
We select specialists whom you employ in your own company.
Legal model by country
We carry out interior finishing as a subcontracted work package with our own foreman. In Germany, Austria and the Netherlands only under a contract for work (Werkvertrag, aanneming van werk), never as the provision of workers. Whether a trade in the package needs a licence, a qualification or a prior notification in the country is confirmed per project. In Germany plastering and painting are licensed crafts, so the notification to the competent chamber comes first and the start depends on its outcome.
The specific requirements depend on the type of work, the contract model and the workers' status, so we confirm them separately for each project. This information is not legal advice and does not imply automatic approval or eligibility.
Where we take enquiries
Priority markets and the regions where we actively look for projects. We also take enquiries from other European countries – the model and the documents are confirmed for each project.

01What do you need from us for an offer?
Drawings or a bill of quantities, the trades you want in the package, the location, the state of the site and the programme. Send what you have and we will tell you what is missing.
02Can one package cover several trades?
Yes, if agreed. Drywall, plastering, painting and flooring can be one package with one foreman and one contact; the offer names exactly what is included.
03Do you supply the materials?
Who supplies boards, plaster, paint and floor coverings is written in the offer. Usually the client supplies the materials and we carry out the work.
04In which countries can you work?
We assess projects across Europe. Our focus includes Luxembourg, southern Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Norway; the legal model and documents are confirmed for each project.
05How soon can a crew start?
The start date is confirmed in the offer once we know the scope, location and programme. We do not promise dates in advance.
06How do I send drawings or a BOQ?
Paste a link to the files in the form (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or similar), or email them after you submit, quoting your request number.
