It depends on the project: not every project has a rotation. State in the form whether you want rotation and which work pattern suits you, and we will only offer work that fits.

Accommodation is usually provided by the client; otherwise the terms are agreed per project. Travel and the other terms – transport, tools, site supervisor – are agreed before departure.

We help sort out the work-related documents: contracts, A1 certificates, right-to-work documents, posting notifications, registrations, safety and training certificates. The A1 certificate is issued by the competent social-security institution – we help prepare the application and never issue it ourselves.

Whether you may work in a given country is decided by that country's law and authorities – not by us, and not by this website. For citizens of non-EU countries we help prepare the documents for work in Lithuania or Poland – work and residence permit applications – where those countries' rules allow it. Lithuania currently applies additional restrictions to citizens of some countries (e.g. Belarus), so in those cases we first look at documents for work in Poland, where its rules allow it. Whether and how quickly a permit is issued is decided by the authorities, so we do not guarantee timing. We will tell you which documents we can help with in your case. The trade and real site experience come first. Certificates matter where the site requires them — VCA/SCC, working at height, scaffolding and welding among them. What you enter is recorded as declared by you and never as verified; nothing here turns a ticked box into a confirmed certificate. If a required certificate is missing, that is discussed before the start and not on site.

Your trade, current location, start date, preferred country and contact details are enough. A CV is not required. The form does not ask for a passport, personal ID number, address or bank details; we will ask for documents only for a specific project and with your consent.

We always sign a contract; the pay model depends on the project: hourly model / subcontract price. Pay and conditions are agreed before departure.
