Timber frame
Timber frame construction and structural assembly
Assembly of timber frame houses, walls, floors and roof elements for construction companies, main contractors and timber frame manufacturers. A crew with its own foreman – to your drawings and assembly plan.
The problem we solve
The elements are made, but there are not enough assemblers to put them up on site on time – and the whole programme stops.
Why contact us
- One contact and our own foreman
- The foreman organises the work on site and coordinates it with your site manager.
- A clear written offer
- Scope, team, programme, price and responsibilities are written down before work starts.
- We handle the documents
- Posting documents, including the A1 application and the host country notifications, are prepared by us.
- Flexible capacity
- Our own workers, partner crews under contract and specialists selected for the order.
What we carry out
- 01
On-site frame erection
Wall, partition and floor framing to the drawings and the assembly scheme.
- 02

- 05

- 06
Modular buildings
Placing and connecting modules on site, with follow-on interior works to the agreed scope.
Who it is for
- Timber frame and modular house manufacturers
- Main contractors and construction companies
- Property developers – residential and holiday-home projects
- Companies that need an assembly crew for a season or a project phase
- Contractors taking over unfinished frame works
How the team is formed
- Foreman and carpenters
- The team is built around a foreman who reads the drawings and is responsible for progress on site.
- Own people and partners
- Our own workers, partner crews under contract or specialists selected for the order – the offer states who will work.
- Sized to the programme
- The crew size follows the assembly plan and the element delivery schedule.
Cooperation models
Subcontract – a work package
We carry out the agreed scope with our own foreman and are responsible for our part under the contract. You set the scope and accept the completed work.
A crew for a project phase
A team led by our foreman carries out an agreed phase; responsibilities are set out in the contract.
Direct hire
We select specialists whom you employ in your own company.
Legal model by country
We carry out frame assembly as a subcontracted work package with our own foreman. In Germany, Austria and the Netherlands only under a contract for work (Werkvertrag, aanneming van werk), never as the provision of workers.
The specific requirements depend on the type of work, the contract model and the workers' status, so we confirm them separately for each project. This information is not legal advice and does not imply automatic approval or eligibility.
Where we take enquiries
Priority markets and the regions where we actively look for projects. We also take enquiries from other European countries – the model and the documents are confirmed for each project.

How cooperation works
- 01
Enquiry
Type of work, location, trades, approximate numbers and timing – as much as you know. An e-mail address is enough.
- 02
Assessment and offer
We check feasibility and the legal model and prepare an individual written offer.
- 03
Contract and documents
We agree scope, responsibilities and accommodation, and prepare the documents the host country requires.
- 04
Mobilisation and work
The team arrives according to the agreed plan, and you have one contact person for the whole project.
Experience and evidence
We do not publish project descriptions for this line of work. Before the offer we tell you which team will work and what similar work its members have done. Our documented experience in the Netherlands is on the projects page.

01Do you only assemble prefabricated elements, or also frame on site?
Both. We can assemble prefabricated wall, floor and roof elements or build the frame on site from the drawings. The scope is agreed per project.
02Do you supply materials?
Usually the client or the manufacturer supplies the materials and elements, and we carry out the assembly. Another model is possible if agreed in the offer.
03Is a crane needed?
Lifting elements usually needs a crane and its operator. The offer states who provides them.
04In which countries can you assemble?
We assess projects across Europe. The priority markets are Luxembourg, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany and Austria; the legal model and documents are confirmed for each project.
05How soon can a crew start?
The start date is confirmed in the offer once we know the scope, location and programme. We do not promise dates in advance.
06How do I send drawings or a BOQ?
Paste a link to the files in the form (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or similar), or email them after you submit, quoting your request number.
