How a construction project is organised
Private and business clients ask different questions, so they are served differently.
- Private clients
- One contact person, a clear scope and a written offer. We explain the stages, the decisions you will be asked to make and what you will see on site.
- Business clients
- Scope, programme and responsibilities agreed in writing; reporting and progress reviews are set per project.
- Large and specialised projects
- Hotel, apartment-building and larger commercial work is carried out together with partner companies of our network. The offer states which company is responsible for what.

What we do not promise
We do not quote fixed prices or delivery dates before we have seen the scope. Permits, licences and certifications that a country or project requires are named in the offer, together with the company responsible for them.

01Do you work for private clients?
Yes. Private clients have their own simple path: you describe the home and the work, and we answer with a written offer.
02Can you give a price on the website?
No. A price depends on scope and place. After the brief we send a written offer; any indicative figure is not a contract price.
03In which countries do you build?
We work in Lithuania, Poland, Germany and the Netherlands, and take projects elsewhere in Europe by agreement.
04How will I see progress?
Each site keeps a file of stages, photographs, decisions and defects, and progress can be shown on any day.
